From 14 September to 16 October 2026, by making purchases of €30 or more using Bank of Cyprus cards, 600 people can claim €30 for Petrolina or Alphamega through the Card Rewards Antamivi Scheme.

Specifically, customers purchasing automotive fuel at Petrolina, Agip and Eni service stations can claim €30 to spend at Alphamega Hypermarkets. Similarly, customers shopping at Alphamega Hypermarkets can claim €30 for automotive fuel from Petrolina.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The card usage campaign organized in collaboration with C.A. Papaellinas Trading Ltd and Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd (the “Campaign”) is open to all holders of personal debit and/or prepaid and/or credit Visa and/or Mastercard cards (the “Cards”) issued by Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (the “Bank”), who have reached eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation in the Campaign (the “Cardholder(s)”) and who use their Cards for purchases at Alphamega Hypermarkets (either in-store or online via www.alphamega.com.cy) or at Petrolina service stations through physical presence at participating Petrolina [and Agip/ENI] stations (the “Partners”), during the period from 14/09/2026 to 16/10/2026, inclusive (the “Transaction”).

From among the Cardholders defined above, six hundred (600) winners (the “Beneficiaries”) will be selected randomly through an automated process. Each Beneficiary will win a €30 voucher (the “Voucher”), which will be linked directly to the Cardholder’s antamivi app.

Specifically:

(a) Three hundred (300) Cardholders who complete a transaction of €30 or more at Petrolina service stations using their Card will win a €30 Alphamega Voucher. The Voucher may be used by the Beneficiary in a subsequent transaction carried out in person at Alphamega Hypermarkets using any Bank-issued Card. Online purchases are excluded. The Voucher will be valid for a period of three (3) months from its date of issue. Each transaction of €30 or more corresponds to one (1) entry.

(b) Three hundred (300) Cardholders who complete a transaction of €30 or more at Alphamega Hypermarkets using their Card will win a €30 Petrolina Voucher. The Voucher may be used by the Beneficiary in a subsequent transaction carried out in person at Petrolina service stations using any Bank-issued Card. The Voucher will be valid for a period of three (3) months from its date of issue. Each transaction of €30 or more corresponds to one (1) entry.

At Petrolina service stations, the Voucher may be redeemed exclusively through POS terminals located inside the service stations and not through automated payment terminals located outside the stations.

2. The following are expressly excluded from the Campaign:

(a) Holders of business cards.

(b) Cardholders whose Cards are linked exclusively to foreign currency accounts (other than euro).

3. The Voucher will be created automatically and will appear in each Beneficiary’s antamivi app under the “Vouchers” section, without any further action required by the Beneficiary. Redemption will take place automatically during the Beneficiary’s next transaction using any Bank-issued Card, either partially or in a single transaction, as described above. Any unused Voucher balance will remain available until the Voucher’s expiry date.

4. The Campaign will run from 14/09/2026 to 16/10/2026, inclusive.

5. Each Cardholder may win up to one (1) Voucher from each Partner, with a maximum of two (2) Vouchers in total per Cardholder during the Campaign period.

6. Beneficiaries will be notified immediately of their selection by SMS sent by the Bank to the mobile telephone number registered by the Cardholder with the Bank as their contact number.

7. If a Cardholder closes the account linked to the Card through which they participate in the Campaign, they will participate only with transactions completed up to the date of closure of the relevant account.

8. C.A. Papaellinas Trading Ltd bears sole responsibility for the redemption of Alphamega Vouchers and Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd bears sole responsibility for the redemption of Petrolina Vouchers.

9. The Bank bears no responsibility regarding the availability, redemption or use of the Vouchers provided by the Campaign Partners.

10. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or substituted with any other gift, unless otherwise specified by its issuer.

11. The Campaign is valid independently of any other offers or promotional activities of the Partners, unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer or promotion.

12. The Campaign is conducted in cooperation with C.A. Papaellinas Trading Ltd (Alphamega Hypermarkets) and Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd (Petrolina), which participate in the Bank’s antamivi card reward scheme.

13. The Bank reserves the right to exclude any participation and to prevent further participation in the Campaign by any Cardholder/Beneficiary who interferes in any way with the participation process or the proper conduct of the Campaign, or who acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Any expenses, fees or taxes not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions or in the Voucher description, and which may arise from the acceptance, possession or use of the Voucher, shall be the sole responsibility of each Beneficiary.

15. If, for any reason, any part of the Campaign cannot operate as planned, including but not limited to computer virus infection, network failure, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical malfunction or any other cause that compromises or affects the security, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign, or to invalidate any affected entries.

16. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the Voucher in the event of cancellation, reversal or refund of the qualifying Transaction.

17. The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying the Cardholders/Beneficiaries.

18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising directly or indirectly, wholly or partially, from participation in the Campaign and/or the use of the Voucher.

19. The Bank makes no representations and gives no warranties in relation to any goods or services purchased/provided by the Partners within the framework of the Campaign.

20. By participating in the Campaign, Cardholders/Beneficiaries warrant and confirm that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
