Petrolina, in collaboration with Alphamega Hypermarkets, is rewarding everyday purchases with an exciting new promotion. Each week from September 8th to October 20th, 2025, 10 participants will be able to claim two vouchers worth a total of €200—€100 for fuel at Petrolina, Agip, and Eni stations, and €100 for shopping at Alphamega Hypermarkets. 

Taking part couldn’t be simpler! Participation is automatic with every purchase of €30 or more. Customers just need to use the MyPetrolina app when purchasing automotive fuel at any Petrolina, Agip, or Eni service station, or to use their Alphamega Social Family Card while shopping at Alphamega Hypermarkets.

The promotion runs from 8 September 2025 until 20 October 2025, with winners announced every Monday via both apps.

ORGANIZERS:
This competition is organized jointly by Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd (HE 1018), with registered office at Kilkis 1, LEFKARITIS BUILDING, 6015, Larnaca, Cyprus) and C.A. Papaellinas Emporiki Ltd (Alphamega) (HE 27397), with registered office at Diomedous 10, 1st Fl., 2024 Acropoli, Nicosia, Cyprus (together, the Organizers).

DURATION:
08/09/2025 until 20/10/2025  

PRIZES:
Each week, 10 winners will receive one €100 fuel voucher from Petrolina and one €100 shopping voucher from Alphamega (the Vouchers). 

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION:
1.    Participants must be (i) over 18 years of age, (ii) permanent residents of Cyprus, and (iii) registered members of either the MyPetrolina App or the Alphamega Family Card program.
2.    Participation is activated with purchases of at least €30 through the MyPetrolina App or Alphamega Family Card.
3.    In order for an entry to be valid, participants must correctly answer the knowledge question made available through the respective platform (MyPetrolina App or Alphamega Family Card). Only correct entries will qualify for the draw.
4.    Corporate customers using Petrolina Cards and/or Local Cards are excluded from participation.
5.    Employees of the Organizers, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to participate in this competition 
6.    All entries must be submitted no later than 23:59 on the Sunday immediately preceding each weekly draw. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
7.    The Organizers reserve the right to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of any participant or winner, and to require proof of purchase, residency, and membership of the MyPetrolina App or Alphamega Family Card. Failure to provide such verification to the satisfaction of the Organizers may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
1.    Every Monday during the campaign period, an electronic draw will be conducted among the valid entries (i.e., correct answers). Five (5) winners will be selected from the MyPetrolina App and five (5) winners from the Alphamega Family Card platform.
2.    Each participant may only be declared a winner once during the entire promotion period. If the same individual is drawn more than once, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.
3.    Winners will be notified by email or telephone within seven (7) days of the draw.
4.    If a winner does not respond within five (5) working days, the prize will be awarded to a runner-up.
5.    The organizers reserve the right to refuse delivery of a prize if the winner does not meet the eligibility criteria.
6.    The Vouchers will be valid until 31/12/2026 or until fully redeemed, whichever occurs first.
7.    The Vouchers are personal to the winners, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other items.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY:
1.    The organizers, Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd and C.A. Papaellinas Emporiki Ltd (Alphamega), act as joint controllers of personal data collected for the purposes of this competition.
2.    Personal data requested may include name, address, telephone number, and email. These details will be used solely for the administration of the competition, notification of winners, delivery of prizes, and related publicity.
3.    By participating, winners agree that their names and, where applicable, photographs/videos of prize delivery may be used in media and social media of the organizers for publicity and promotional purposes.
4.    The processing of photographs and videos is carried out on the basis of the organizers’ legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the Cyprus Data Protection Law (Law 125(I)/2018). Legitimate interests include promoting the competition, showcasing the organizers’ activities, and enhancing brand image.
5.    Personal data collected for the purposes of this promotion will be processed solely for the administration of the competition, the selection and notification of winners, and the delivery of prizes. Data will not be transferred to third parties and will be deleted within a reasonable period following the completion of the promotion.
6.    Participants have the right to object to the processing of their personal data, and to request access, rectification, or erasure by contacting the organizers at DataProtection@petrolina.com.cy and dpo@alphamega.com.cy.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1.    The organizers reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition for justified reasons.
2.    Any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from the acceptance or use of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
3.    The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion and/or the draw, without prior notice, in the event of force majeure, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
4.    The Organizers bear no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage, loss, or expense arising from participation in the promotion, the inability to participate, or the use of any prize awarded.
5.    The Organizers are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or interruptions in telecommunications systems, internet connectivity, or the MyPetrolina App or Alphamega Family Card platform that may affect participation or the conduct of the competition.
6.    No additional charges apply to participation beyond the qualifying purchase amount.
7.    Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
8.    These Terms and Conditions and the competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition.
