 Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd is the only Cypriot oil company dealing in a wide range of petroleum operations. With a retail network of 95 service stations and direct supplies to major industrial clients, it markets motor, industrial, domestic, marine and aviation fuels, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), lubricants, greases and other related products on the island of Cyprus.

Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd is a public company listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange since December 2000. In the last few years, the petroleum sector in Cyprus has undergone major restructuring and change. The transition has been marked by the closing down of the Cyprus Petroleum Refinery and the importation of all clean petroleum products, the abolition of PNBS system along with the liberalisation of the market, as well as the strict legal framework which came as a result of Cyprus’ accession to the EU and the introduction of the euro. In this climate of constant change, Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd, has succeeded in meeting these challenges, a fact that is reflected in its financial statements and dividend policy.
